Cancellations
I understand life can get in the way and try to be as flexible as I can.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if a date needs to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling a 3rd time will incur an additional 25% non-refundable deposit.
If a booking is rescheduled a 4th time, the date will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. An additional 50% cancellation fee will be required to mitigate my losses.
Please communicate to me as soon as possible if you are running late, but be mindful that I may not be able to extend the booking to cover the missed time. Full payment is still owed.
If you are more than 30 minutes late and I have received no notification, I reserve the right to cancel and your deposit will be forfeited.
