Booking
After I receive your invitation, I will get back to your personally through e-mail or whatsapp. When we are both excited to continue, the meeting will be secured with a deposit.
Deposits
For a date within the Netherlands a deposit of 20% is required. For dates in Belgium and many other places easily accessible by train, a 20% deposit is required plus the added travel costs.
For a FMTY in the EU, a deposit of 50% is required plus for the travel cost to be paid in full in advance. For places outside of the EU, the full booking fee needs to be paid in advance plus travel costs.
Screening
1. a selfie of you holding your ID or driver's license (feel free to blur out everything besides your full name and year of birth);
2. two references from other providers you have seen;
3. A connection request to my blank LinkedIn profile. (Let me know if you want to do this option, and I'll send the link to the profile. I'll leave the request unaccepted so it doesn't show up publicly).
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes things come up. Not to worry. If you cancel with more than 72 hours of notice, your deposit can be applied to a future date within 90 days. If it is less than 72 hours of notice, 50% of the deposit is required to ensure a new booking.
For bookings lasting 24 hours or longer, a week of notice is required or 50% of the deposit is needed to plan a new date.
