Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings and is applied toward the total session fee. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Accepted deposit methods include Amazon vouchers and Selfridges or Harrods gift cards.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Any rescheduling is at my discretion.
