I'm a very active person, and I see movement as a cheaper version of therapy. I’ve been doing yoga regularly for seven years, and I'm currently training for a half marathon. When the weather is nicer, there's a high chance you'll find me in the middle of nowhere hiking.
I’ve been in the industry for over five years. I’ve always been independent, and I do everything myself for both online and in-person work: emails, marketing, creating content, editing, and posting. It can be a lot sometimes, but I love every second of it.

My flat is located in East London, about a 15mins bus ride from Bethnal Green, a 20mins walk from Mile End, or 20mins walk from Hackney Wick overground. You will probably be impressed by all my books which are slowly taking over the whole place, as well as by my vinyl collection which is also slowly but surely growing.

Please send me an email or fill out the booking form on my website with all necessary information:

° Time and place of the booking
° Length of the booking
° Your likes and expectations
° Your preferred method of screening (linkedin profile or ID)
Emails without these basics will be ignored.
Deposits
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings via Throne. I will send you a link, and the deposit must be paid within 24 hours. Please don’t contact me unless you are deposit ready. The balance is due in cash only.
Screening
For new friends, I require a photo of your ID or a link to your LinkedIn profile. If you’re not willing to screen, then please don’t bother contacting me.
Bear in mind I'm not looking for your information for anything other than safety - it will be deleted promptly after our meeting. Discretion is key, and I will respect your privacy as much as you respect mine.
Cancellations
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, I’m happy to retain the deposit and apply it to another booking made within two weeks of our original date. (One month for bookings of 6 hours and more.) You may reschedule only once.
