Booking
To confirm a booking, a £100 deposit is required. This is credited toward the total and reflects the time and preparation reserved for you, as well as any hosting considerations should plans change.
On the rare occasion I’ve needed to amend or cancel a meeting, deposits have always been either refunded or applied to a rescheduled date. Deposits are accepted via PayPal, as well as Amazon, Deliveroo, Selfridges, Skin Pharmacy or Uber e-Gift Cards. Kindly refrain from purchasing any vouchers prior to enquiring, as I will provide the appropriate links at the time of booking. The remaining balance is kindly settled in cash at the time of our meeting. Bank transfer is only available to established regulars.
Discretion, clarity, and mutual respect are assumed throughout.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of five full days’ notice prior to the scheduled start time of our date. With five or more days’ notice, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking.
For clarity, in the unlikely event that I need to cancel our arrangement, your deposit will be refunded immediately and in full. Should you cancel with at least five day’s notice, the deposit is not directly refundable but may be transferred toward a rescheduled date, either arranged at the time of cancellation or confirmed at a later stage when convenient.
Changes made with less than five days’ notice - including same-day rescheduling - result in the deposit being retained, as the time reserved for you cannot easily be reallocated at short notice.
Should you wish to arrange a new date after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure the subsequent booking.
In the interest of fairness and consistency, clients who have cancelled with late notice on two prior occasions are asked to confirm a future arrangement with full payment in advance, rather than the standard deposit. In such cases, no balance is due on the day.
Time reserved for you is time declined elsewhere. Repeated last-minute cancellations represent a significant loss of income, and this policy ensures arrangements remain respectful and equitable for all involved. In the event that a third booking is missed under these terms, the payment is non-refundable
