Deposits
A 30% deposit is to be made in advance of appointments to secure the your date.
Screening
I require a brief video call screening via Teams or Google Meet, for the security of both parties.
Cancellations
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may lose your deposit.
Appointments may be rescheduled at my discretion. It is advised to give as much notice as possible in advance to arrange this.
In the unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be refunded your full deposit as soon as possible.
