Booking
Please provide as much notice as possible, particularly for evenings, weekends and travel. Once your booking has been confirmed, I will provide the relevant appointment details.
Last minute bookings are welcomed
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to secure bookings of more than 1.5 hours. This applies to longer appointments, outcalls and travel bookings where applicable. Your booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Screening
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all new bookings are subject to screening. This includes a brief FaceTime/video call so we can verify identities and put a face to the booking, along with any other reasonable information required for screening.
Cancellations
I understand that plans can change, but please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained and future bookings being declined.
