I accept a 50% deposit to secure a date
So long as I haven't left the house, deposits are transferrable for 2 attempts within 3 months, or 6 months with 100% advance payment.
Cancellations
So long as I haven't left the house, deposits are transferrable for up to 3 months, or two attempts at rescheduling.
A 6 months transferrable payment can be accommodated with 100% advance payment.
