Deposits
To book an appointment, a deposit of 20% of the agreed fee is required to reserve the appointment. In addition to this deposit, any travel costs must be paid in advance if the date takes place at a location outside my home base.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation up to 48 hours before the date, the deposit can be credited in full to a new date within 3 months, but unfortunately not the travel costs. A refund of the deposit or travel costs is not possible in this case. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the planned date, the deposit will be retained as compensation for expenses. The same applies to travel costs, which are also treated as compensation for expenses. A refund is not possible in this case.
