Deposits
Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm our date and to reflect your serious intentions. This deposit equals 20% of the total fee (including any applicable travel costs). For multi-day engagements, a 50% deposit is required.

Screening
To complete the screening, I kindly ask to share at least one (two for FMTY bookings) of the following:
A clear photo of your ID (with full name and photo visible)
Your LinkedIn profile (it must have a photo, your full name and the profile has to be public)
References from other providers you have seen in the last 12 months (must have a social media presence. No agencies.)
Screening is mandatory.
Cancellations
I understand that plans can sometimes change, and that’s completely okay. Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge when done more than 72 hours in advance; your deposit can then be applied to a new date within 90 days.
If a cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before our meeting, rescheduling is still possible, but 50% of the deposit is required to confirm a new booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
For tours, cancellations made up to one week before the scheduled date can be rescheduled, unless I still have availability during the tour. After this period, the deposit is forfeited.
