Cancellations
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes last-minute changes, travel issues, or personal circumstances. Once your time is reserved, it is held solely for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at my discretion. Deposits may be transferred once only, provided sufficient notice is given.
