Please text or Whatsapp to book in. Please let me know your name, the time and date you would like to book in for, length of booking and location of booking. Enquiries without all the required information are ignored. Callers are blocked.
Deposits
All encounters require a non-refundable 25-30% deposit (usually to the nearest ‘00 or ’50 to keep the maths simple!) at the time of booking to secure our date, so please be mindful of this.
Tours across Australia require a minimum 30% deposit, whereas international tours and FMTYs require a 50% deposit to confirm.
Deposits can be paid by Beem (AUS), selected country-specific gift cards or by bank transfer to my discreetly named UK/AUS business account, both domestically and internationally via WISE.
The time will only be held for you for 24hrs. If the deposit is not paid within this time, the date will be released and you will need to check my availability again.
There should be no reason to communicate outside of logistics of the booking, so excessive messaging will result in decline of booking.
Cancellations
Life happens and I do understand. Cancellations mean forfeiting your deposit and the time is released.
If the cancellation happens within 48hrs of our scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
I am happy to carry your deposit over once for a reschedule that must happen within the next 3 months of our original date.
Any subsequent cancellations mean forfeiting the deposit and the 50% cancellation fee will apply to bookings cancelled within 48hrs.
In the highly unlikely event of me needing to cancel our date, your deposit will be refunded immediately.
