Booking
Travel is free within the cities of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. It costs an extra € 25 per half hour to travel outside these cities. Or, a client can pay the cost of a taxi to and from one of the Central Stations.
Deposits
All bookings require a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the entire booking fee.
Screening
All clients must be screened via video call.
Cancellations
Clients canceling and rescheduling bookings result in a forfeiture of the deposit. If I need to cancel (which rarely happens), a client can either receive a full refund or apply the deposit toward a future booking.
