Deposits
To make sure you are as eager to meet as I am, a legitimate serious suitor, and for me to prepare for our meeting with a peace of mind that helps me show up in the way I truly want to show up for you, I require deposits of around 30% of my booking fee.
If I ask you for a deposit, it is extremely unlikely that I'll entertain an alternative. If there is a particular reason that you aren't able to send it, you will have to give multiple references from other providers.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by you, the deposit is not refunded. If you cancel a booking less than 72 hours in advance, you need to cover 50% of the fee (which makes it around 20% more, after the deposit).
However, as a person accustomed to various levels of chaos, I understand that extremely unforeseeable things happen and I'm happy to be as flexible as possible to offer you an opportunity to reschedule, instead of cancelling.
In the unlikely case that I have to cancel our appointment, I will refund the deposit in full and do my best to organise another time with you.
