I’m an escort, agency or client, how do I sign up?

You can sign up free here: https://www.22burlington.com/sign-up/. After you have verified your email address you will be able to log in and create a profile.

How do I complete my profile?

After you have logged in to your account, click the Dashboard link in the main menu to go to your Dashboard area. From there you will be able to click the “Create Escort Profile”, “Create Agency Profile” or “Create Client Profile” button, and then fill out all sections of your profile.

My city is not listed, can you add it for me?

If your city/town is not listed simply send us a message via the contact form and we’ll happily add it for you.

What do you mean by High Quality photos?

High Quality photos are photos that are at least 1500px on the longest side and no larger than 2500px on the longest side, they should not be blurry or grainy. They do not have to be taken by a professional photographer, but they should be clear and have good lighting, and they must not be selfies.

Why aren’t my photos showing?

If the photos you are uploading are larger than 5MB in size they will not get processed by the system, you will need to resize them to make them smaller for upload.

Why do some profiles have photos that look good quality, but mine look fuzzy and low quality?

That is because you are uploading small size images, typically anything smaller than 1500px width will not look very good when uploaded to the website. All images on profiles are optimised for Retina screens, meaning that for a given image width on the website, it actually needs to be twice that size. So any images that are displayed 1000px wide on the website actually need to be 2000px wide to ensure they are not fuzzy or pixelated for Retina screens. To ensure your images look as good as possible, it’s best practise to upload images that are no smaller than 2000px wide, this does not mean upsizing an already small image to make it larger as this will not improve your image quality. You need to start with larger images first and then make them smaller if necessary. “Header Image – Desktop” photos in particular should be 2500px wide to be displayed at their best.

Why were my photos deleted?

Photos get deleted if they do not match the photo requirements which can be found in the profile images policy at: Site Policies.

Why don’t you allow porn/explicit images?

We want to keep this website as high quality as possible, allowing porn/explicit images will lower the tone of this website and we do not want that. Also, the new Online Safety Act 2023 in the UK requires that any website that has porn on it must verify the age of all users as over 18 (i.e. requiring everyone to create an account to access the website and provide ID), and we think that that is a step too far. So to ensure we do not fall into the bracket of websites that need to comply with the Online Safety Act there is no porn on 22 Burlington.

How do I make my profile Live?

Once you have fully filled out your profile, uploaded your images and you are happy with it, you can then click the “Activate Profile” button in your Dashboard and complete the checkout. Once purchased your profile will be reviewed and activated within 24 – 48 hours.

How do I get my profile verified?

Profile verification is available to all profiles by clicking the “Get Verified” button in your Dashboard, you can then follow the instructions on the verification page to get verified.

I didn’t receive the activation email

If the activation email is not in your inbox please check the junk/spam folder to make sure it has not been delivered there. If it has been delivered to your junk/spam folder please mark the email as not junk/spam and add it to your safe list to ensure you receive all future emails.

If the activation email is not in your inbox or your junk/spam folder, you might have mistyped the email during registration. If so, you will need to complete the registration process again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept payments made securely by Credit/Debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay. Pre-paid cards are accepted, but please note that some pre-paid cards do not allow international payments to be made outside of the issuing country (our payment provider is UK based).

I want to delete my account, how do I do that?

Log in to your account and go the Dashboard area, then click the My Account button, you will then see the Delete Account option. Simply follow the instructions on the Delete Account page to delete your account. All your information and images will then be permanently deleted.
