When contacting me for the first time, please introduce yourself briefly and provide a little information about yourself, along with your preferred date, location and appointment duration.
All appointments must be arranged in advance. I aim to respond to genuine enquiries as promptly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and discretion.
Booking
All appointments in London must be arranged well in advance to allow me sufficient time to plan my travel arrangements, as I am based approximately two hours away.
For travel bookings, please enquire well in advance to discuss availability, arrangements and applicable rates.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required in advance to secure your appointment. For travel bookings, a 50% deposit is required in advance to cover travel arrangements. Deposits can be paid electronically using whichever payment method is most convenient for you.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, in cash, inside a sealed envelope.
If we are meeting in a public space, please discreetly place the envelope inside a magazine or book and let me know where it has been placed.
Screening
I require light screening before confirming a booking. Please provide one of the following options, whichever you feel more comfortable with. This is simply to ensure peace of mind for both of us.
ID and professional verification
A selfie holding your ID, with both your face and the document clearly visible. Please cover all sensitive information on the document. Alongside this, please provide a screenshot of your LinkedIn profile while logged in, together with your associated professional email address, so I can cross-verify that the ID and professional profile belong to the same person.
Alternatively, if you make the deposit using your real name, and I am able to verify your identity through publicly available information, this may also be accepted as a screening method, at my discretion.
Provider references
Alternatively, you may provide two to three verifiable references from providers you have seen within the last 12 months. References should include publicly available websites and established professional profiles to allow verification.
All screening information is treated confidentially and deleted after our meeting.
Cancellations
A deposit is required to confirm all appointments and secure my time.
Local bookings: A 20 percent deposit is required.
Travel and non-local bookings: A 50 percent deposit is required in advance.
F.M.T.Y. engagements: A 50 percent deposit or full prepayment is required to confirm exclusive travel dates, with the remaining balance settled upon arrival.
Extended or multi-day reservations: Deposit requirements vary depending on duration and location.
Deposits are non-refundable. In certain circumstances they may be transferred to a future booking with appropriate notice.
