Deposits
I require a 30% deposit for all bookings which must be received at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booking. For the balance of the booking fee, I kindly ask you to give me an unsealed envelope containing the balance in cash on arrival.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel I will refund you your deposit in full or hold and reschedule as required, otherwise the deposit isn’t refundable. However I understand that sometimes plans change and therefore if a cancellation is made at least 18 hours prior to the date, I am happy to allow you to use the deposit on your next booking. In this case, any pre-arranged hotel costs will only be refunded providing the hotel refunds the same.
